Bigfoot Intelligence Client End User License Agreement

The software agreement for using Bigfoot Intelligence Client and connected tools.

Effective date: 2026-09-08 · Revision 2026-09-08.1

Scope and license

This EULA governs installation and use of the official Bigfoot Intelligence Client and its interfaces for commands and connected programs, including tools that use the Model Context Protocol (MCP). By installing or using the software, you agree to this EULA.

The client runs in the environment where you install it. Publishing the client does not promise that Soliton Group LLC will provide a hosted AI model or hosted API endpoint.

When the client participates in the Bigfoot network, the separate Bigfoot Network Participation Terms also apply. The Bigfoot Intelligence Client Privacy Notice explains how the software handles information.

Subject to this EULA and the applicable software licenses, Soliton Group LLC permits you to install and use an official release of the client. Rights to copy, modify, build, distribute or commercialize Bigfoot-owned software are governed by the Bigfoot Source License 1.0. Third-party components remain under their own licenses and notices. This EULA does not expand those rights.

Connected tools and automated actions

You choose which applications, scripts, assistants and other tools may use the client and what access they receive. An authorized tool may perform operations automatically, use an identity or receive sensitive results without a separate human confirmation for each action.

You are responsible for configuring and supervising connected tools, protecting the client environment, credentials and access controls, and reviewing outputs before relying on them. Automated or AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect.

Connected tools, model providers and other third-party services have their own behavior, terms and information practices. Information returned to an authorized caller may be retained in that tool's history, logs or storage.

Updates

Updates may add, change or remove functions and may affect compatibility with connected tools. We may update this EULA. Its current text and effective date are maintained at Bigfoot Intelligence Client EULA.

Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Bigfoot Intelligence Client is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Soliton Group LLC does not guarantee suitability for a particular purpose, security, accuracy, compatibility, uninterrupted operation or any particular result. You install and use it at your own risk.

Soliton Group LLC is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of or inability to use the client, including actions performed through connected tools, lost information, access, revenue or other direct or indirect loss or damage.
