Bigfoot Intelligence Client Privacy Notice

This Notice describes information handled by the official Bigfoot Intelligence Client published by Soliton Group LLC. It includes its command-line and programming interfaces, and its MCP interface, which lets a connected application or assistant call the client’s tools.

The Bigfoot Intelligence Client EULA covers use of the software. The Network Participation Terms explain network participation and public records. Connected applications, model providers, hosting companies and independent network participants have their own information practices.

The client reads its configuration, identity credentials and any review guidance you provide from the environment where you install it. It handles the queries, candidate material, evidence, reviews and results needed for the operations you request. A candidate is information submitted for review before it may be published as reviewed intelligence.

Identity credentials let the client authorize actions through your network identity. Protect the installation, its configuration, credentials and any exported identity files or backups. An exported identity file may contain the information needed to act through that identity.

The client sends requests, signed actions and information needed for their processing to network participants. Depending on the operation, this may include public identity information, queries, candidate material, evidence and reviews. Nodes and reviewers involved in an operation receive the information needed for their work.

Computers you connect to, your internet provider and any company hosting the client may observe connection information, including your internet address (IP address) and timing. A participant answering a request may see its query or requested item. Relaying requests does not make every part of them invisible to everyone.

Applications, scripts and assistants you connect to the client can receive its results and perform the operations you authorize. Results may contain unpublished candidate material, evidence, reviews or exported identity information. Consider what access each connected tool receives.

A connected tool may retain requests and results in its conversation history, logs or other storage, or send them to a model provider or another service. Those tools and services control their own copies and information practices.

Information published to Bigfoot is public and may be stored, copied and passed on by other participants. Material submitted for review is shared as needed for that process before any resulting publication.

Stopping the client does not delete its local files, exported identities, backups or copies held by connected applications. You control your installation and local files. Other participants and service providers control the copies they hold; deleting your copy does not erase theirs.
