Privacy
Plain language about what this site collects—and why.
This notice covers the public website, early-access intake, contact, privacy requests, and aggregate site measurement.
Who operates this site
Soliton Group LLC operates this website and acts as the controller for information submitted through it.
Information you provide
Browser and node early-access forms collect only your email address, selected desktop platform, and consent. The hidden browser or node track comes from the page you use. The contact form collects your email address, selected topic, and message.
Aggregate site measurement
Bigfoot counts page views, early-access calls to action, form starts, and successful new submissions. Counts may be split by page, browser or node path, and selected desktop platform. Measurement stores aggregate event counts only: it sets no analytics cookie, creates no visitor or session identifier, includes no email or raw event history, builds no advertising profile, and performs no cross-site tracking.
Information processed for security
The site processes network and request metadata needed for anti-abuse, security, delivery, and reliability. Form rate limiting uses a salted, short-lived hash derived from the request address; the application does not store the raw address. Turnstile verification and email delivery process the information needed to provide those services.
How information is used
Early-access information is used to manage browser and node intake and follow up about access. Contact information is used to route and answer the message. Security data is used only to prevent abuse and operate the site reliably.
Service providers
The website uses infrastructure, anti-abuse, database, DNS, and email-delivery providers to operate the site and its forms. They process information only as needed to provide those services.
Retention
Early-access submissions are retained while Bigfoot remains in testing and for up to 12 months afterward, unless an active relationship, security need, or legal requirement requires otherwise. Contact messages are scheduled for deletion no later than 12 months after receipt and may be deleted sooner following a completed privacy request. A legal requirement may require retention until a specified later date. Verification links expire after 30 minutes, and form rate-limit records expire after 15 minutes.
Delete early-access information
Use the verified deletion form to remove every browser and node early-access submission associated with your email address. The initial response never reveals whether the address is stored. If records exist, an expiring single-use link is emailed to that address; opening it does not delete anything until you submit the confirmation.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of submitted information, subject to applicable law and legitimate security or recordkeeping needs. Use the contact form for privacy questions or requests outside the self-service early-access flow.
