Bigfoot Browser End User License Agreement

This EULA governs installation and use of the official Bigfoot Browser software published by Soliton Group LLC. By installing or using the browser, you agree to this EULA.

When you use the browser to participate in the Bigfoot network, the separate Bigfoot Network Participation Terms also apply. The Bigfoot Browser Privacy Notice explains how the browser handles information.

Subject to this EULA and the applicable software licenses, Soliton Group LLC permits you to install and use an official release of Bigfoot Browser. Rights to copy, modify, build, distribute or commercialize Bigfoot-owned software are governed by the Bigfoot Source License 1.0. Third-party components remain under their own licenses and notices. This EULA does not expand those rights.

You are responsible for protecting your device, local information, identity credentials and recovery materials, and for keeping any backups you need.

Websites and other services are operated by third parties. Their operators control their content, accounts, transactions, downloads, terms and information practices. Displaying or linking to them does not mean that Soliton Group LLC endorses them.

Bigfoot Browser uses a browser engine supplied for the platform on which it runs. Browser protections cannot guarantee that a website, download or other interaction is safe, private or accurate. Soliton Group LLC does not promise that every website or service will work with the browser or continue to do so.

Updates may add, change or remove functions and may be needed for security, compatibility or continued network participation. The browser also depends on platform components maintained by their respective providers.

We may update this EULA. The current text and its effective date are maintained at Bigfoot Browser EULA.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bigfoot Browser is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Soliton Group LLC does not guarantee suitability for a particular purpose, security, accuracy, compatibility, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation or any particular result. You install and use it at your own risk.

Soliton Group LLC is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of or inability to use Bigfoot Browser, including lost data, access, revenue or other direct or indirect loss or damage.
